Definitions
Goedkoopnaarschiphol.nl: GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl is an Internet based service. GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl tries to bring the supply and demand all together in the taxi market.
Goedkoopnaarschiphol.nl: Website where consumers and companies can book a taxi online at a fixed fare.
Taxi company:: Taxi companies that are part of GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl platform and that are evaluated according to reliability of buyers of services in GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl.
User: : Consumers and companies who can book their taxi online at a fixed price.
2. Goedkoopnaarschiphol.nl.
2.1 Use of Goedkoopnaarschiphol.nl:
- It is explicitly prohibited to make use of GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl in any other ways than the ones described on the website GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl.
- The user must ensure that the description of the booking made matches the reality and is accordingly correct and complete.
- The taxi company must ensure that the description of the service it offers matches the reality and is accordingly correct and complete. GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl is neither responsible for conduct of products and services offered by the taxi company, nor is GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl responsible for the quality, security or legal admissibility of the products or services offered.
2.2 Intellectual property:
- The rights on the intellectual property, with regard to the websites of GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl, among which the texts, illustrations, design, photos, audio and/or video material, formats, software, brands, domain names, vested in GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl, its licensors or the taxi company.
- It is prohibited to third parties to multiply GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl or to download and save for private use the material from GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl.
2.3 Exclusion of the ordered taxi ride:
- A paid through GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl taxi ride is financially completed if no objection or complaint has been raised by the user within 15 days from the date of the booking. In the case of an complaint, GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl shall investigate the complaint and can, if applicable, proceed with refunding the taxi fare. The conditions of the affected taxi company and of the Dutch law and regulation apply in case of cash-paid taxi rides.
2.4 Disputes:
- A dispute between the customer and the taxi company concerning the (potential) agreement must be solved by the taxi company. GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl is explicitly no party to this dispute.
- GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl has the possibility to close an account, in case there are any disputes between the taxi company and the customer/buyer and/or in the case of negative reviews concerning the reliability of the taxi company and/or the user.
2.5 References:
- GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl contains references to websites of third parties. GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl has no authority on these websites and is not responsible for the contents of these websites. When using these websites the general conditions are applicable unless otherwise agreed.
2.6 Security:
- GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl is committed to fairness in all its systems to protect itself against loss and/or against any other form of unauthorized use and to submit therefore appropriate technical and organizational measures implemented, taking into consideration the state of technique.
2.7 Liability:
- GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl excludes all liability for any damage, directly and/or indirectly, caused in any way by and/or resulting from the use of GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl.
- GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl excludes all liability for any damage, which in any way result from the acts of third parties, for the inability to use GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl, for the unauthorised use of GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl by one third and by the acts of third parties, after the taxi ride was achieved by using GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl.
- The terms and conditions contained in these limitations of liability for direct and/or indirect damages do not apply if the damage is due to intentional or grossly fault of GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl or its subordinates in respect to GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl.
- GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl is not obliged to perform one or more constraints if they are prevented resulting from circumstances beyond their control.
- The liability of GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl for direct damage caused by defeciencies with respect to the correct, complete and on time display of the taxi rides is limited to the amount that is calculated for the service of GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl.
- GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl is not liable for indirect damage, including but not limited to consequential damage, lost profits, lost savings, damage due to business congestion and damage due to loss of data.
2.8 Exclusion:
- GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl reserves the right to exclude any person from any use of GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl, if in any way it is acted contrary with law, public order, morality and issued terms and conditions and without prejudice to the rights of GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl for further legal decisions and/or damages claimed.
2.9 Miscellaneous:
- If and to the extent that certain stipulations from the general conditions are declared invalid or destroyed, the other provisions of the general conditions shall without any doubt remain effective.
- The Dutch law is applied to these general terms and conditions. Such disputes are submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.
- These terms and conditions can be modified at all times by GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl and they are immediately available on GoedkoopnaarSchiphol.nl. Altered general terms and conditions are immediately applicable.
