If I arrive to Schiphol, where does the taxi wait for me?
We call you on your mobile phone in order to settle a meeting point outside the airport. Make sure your phone is on once you landed. For an extra fee, we also wait the customers in front of the gate, so shortly after the luggage and customs.
How can I pay?
You can hand the cash to the driver, once you reached your destination. Credit cards are also accepted, but then we charge a 5% commission. Payment in advance is also possible. Companies can eventually be served on invoice.
On the way we need to pick up more people, is that possible?
Yes, that is possible, but in this case you have to fill a request form in, providing us with all the postal codes in order to correctly calculate the price.
Do all your taxis have a navigation system?
90% of our taxis are equipped with a navigation system.
I want to pay in advance, is that possible?
Yes, it is possible. You have to mention this in an e-mail, so that you receive the right account number (etc.) for transferring the money.
Are your taxis also equipped with baby chairs?
According to the taxi regulations, there are no mandatory child seats in a taxi. It is not necessary to have baby chairs on the back seat of a taxi. However, children older than 3 and adults must use the seat belts, when available. Children under the age of 3 are allowed to not wear the seat belt as long as they are on the rear seat. If there are no seat belts in the rear of the taxi, none of the passengers, adults or children, need to wear them, while sitting in the back. Only children taller than 1,35 metres and adults are allowed to seat in front and to fasten the seat belt. Children shorter than 1,35 metres are allowed to seat in front only in an approved child baby chair. If there are no seat belts in the taxi, then no child shorter than 1,35 metres is allowed to seat in front.
Considering the regulations, we are sorry to inform you that we don't have this at our disposal. Unfortunately, we can't take into custody your own baby seat either.
